Professionals seeking career enhancement programs or companies working to make the most of their training dollars will gain exposure to both the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in this 10 day program. Simons-White & Associates has integrated their Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt training programs for optimized learning. Upon completion of this program, attendees will receive 8 continuing education units and have completed a project to demonstrate their new skills.
The new program will offer support with candidate and project selection, introduction to MINITAB statistical software as well as project implementation via FREE on-line coaching to participants.
