The Physical Intervention course demonstrates techniques in the context of using reasonable force in the United Kingdom. By attending and successfully completing this one day programme delegates learn and practice Physical Intervention techniques for use in:
Self defence
Defence of others
Escort, eviction and arrest
We recommend that the delegate has received formal conflict management training (non physical conflict resolution techniques) before undertaking this course. This course is highly participative and includes physical and practical methods to prevent, defuse and/or resolve violent situations. All delegates attending should be reasonably fit and carrying no injuries.
