Description
This 12 day course is intended for personnel who will implement, configure and support the
Cisco IPCC Product. The course covers
ICM,
CIPT,
IPCC, and
IP-IVR v3.1.2. It is based on the 6.0 ICM Release and
CCM 4.0. Due to the accelerated nature of the class, not all material in the student manuals for each course will be reviewed in class. Students will have opportunities to ask questions on the material covered in the course kits that is not presented in class.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for Product Deployment Engineers, Application Consultants, TAC Engineers and other individuals responsible for:
Implementing and configuring the IPCC Solution Suite
Supporting the IPCC Solution Suite
Installing the IPCC Solution Suite or Product Components
Student Prerequisites
This course does not require any prior ICM nor CallManager/AVVID training but it is highly recommended that the student have experience with and understanding of ICM Product Traning.
Course Objectives
This course is designed to give the student tools, practical guidance and hands-on exposure to the deployment methodologies and product suite for the IPCC Solution. At the conclusion of this course, the student should have gained the following skills:<
Understand the concept of the IPCC Solution and identify solution models and issues related to each model.
Understand the ordering process and be able to identify a clean order for an IPCC Solution.
Understand the Design Requirements for the IPCC Solution in a single site solution model, including but not limited to: CallManager, IP-IVR, IP Phones, Voice Gateways, ICM and IPCC Desktop software.
Demonstrate the ability to install, configure and test IPCC components for the single site environment.
Demonstrate the ability to Design and Implement the IPCC Call Flows and Routing.
Demonstrate the ability to use Cisco s standard IPCC Deployment Tools.
Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot the IPCC Solution Set.
