Difficult Conversations
By observing others role playing conflict situations, participants will better understand; the impact of avoiding issues, confrontation anxiety, how to overcome fear of confrontation, active listening skills, how to separate personal identity and issues and how to react when confronted. Participants will have an opportunity to engage is simple exercises to reinforce the material. This presentation is for anyone who deals with people and is especially applicable to people in management positions.
