Lean Sigma black belts are the heavyweights of lean implementation. They are the direct managers/leaders of Lean Sigma projects. This program teaches all of the necessary skills for successful leadership of a lean Sigma project. lean Sigma Black Belts generate an average of more than 200 thousand dollars per project of savings and new net revenue. Each Black Belt can lead 3-5 projects a year. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the course and final exam.
Participants in this course are encouraged to bring a real project from their company to the class (we can help with project selection). The instructor will guide participants through successful project completion during the course. This allows real gains to be realized during the course (class projects are usually vastly greater in value than the cost of the course).
