This program teaches all of the necessary skills for successful leadership of a lean Sigma project. lean Sigma Black Belts generate an average of more than 200 thousand dollars per project of savings and new net revenue. Each Black Belt can lead 3-5 projects a year. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the course and final exam.Participants in this course are encouraged to bring a real project from their company to the class (we can help with project selection).
