Training
Provided by H2 Training & Consultancy Ltd
The provision of internal training can enable experienced staff to impart essential skills and knowledge to their colleagues. However, training can only help an organisation to achieve its strategic objectives if it is well planned and delivered, and if the time and resources invested are worthwhile and cost-effective.
This course will enable delegates to prepare and deliver effective objective based sessions. As well as dealing with the new trainers' initial concerns, it will cover a range of learning methods and training tools, and will provide practical checklists for use back in the workplace. It will also give delegates the chance to put their learning into practice, and to gain valuable and constructive feedback in a safe, facilitative environment.
The course is particularly recommended for anyone who is new to training, or who would like to improve their confidence and skills in this area.
"I learnt far more than I expected as it gave me a lot to reflect on and think about"
"The facilitator made it interesting and covered all of the subjects in a real and applicable /relevant way."
"I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the course and that the rest of the team here are very keen to meet you as they have heard such good things "
"I have just done my first training course and it went really well Thanks for all of your help."
"I will definitely re-write my training course using the methods I learnt today "
