It is particularly recommended for new or experienced managers who would like to improve their confidence to deal more effectively with remote management...
"I wanted to become more strategic in my management of remote workers. This course has really helped me to identify how I can be more effective in my role without breathing down peoples' necks "
"This has been an excellent opportunity to think about how I've been trying (with little success to date ) to keep control of the project even when I have to be away from the office for weeks at a time... I have come away with a number of important action points that I will be putting into practice right away."
"It was very helpful to discuss approaches used by other delegates, and to realise that remote working needn't be my biggest nightmare anymore."
"A very practical and useful session I will be going back to work with lots of ideas on how I can do things differently to make everyone's lives easier."
