Dealing with change: Coping with the emotional aspects of career changes.

Personal presentation: Exploring how written and face-to-face presentation can influence an individual s career development.

Career Campaigns: Identifying ways of proactively implementing career plans, including job-search ideas, preparation and organisation.

Networking: Analysing current networks and identifying ways of improving networking activities for proactive career development.

CV preparation: Identifying the characteristics of a good CV and learning to adapt personal information and experience to present the most positive picture.

Preparing for interview: Making a good first-impression; dealing with nerves; anticipating awkward/difficult questions.
