Training
Provided by H2 Training & Consultancy Ltd
The pressure of daily routines can often make it difficult to take the time to ensure that new members of staff are assisted in the process of becoming integrated into the organisation. For many organisations, staff induction simply involves a whistle-stop tour of the building and a few colleagues cajoled into telling them briefly what's what. Others go for information overload, or a drawn out or inconsistent process that is neither motivating nor effective. Any organisation with a good induction programme will know how valuable it is, helping people feel at home quicker, making them feel confident sooner and reducing the chance (and cost) of them leaving. This course will help participants to meet the challenge of ensuring that new staff are given effective and timely inductions by simplifying the induction process in a way that will deliver better results, for less effort. The pay-off will be both immediate and long lasting.
