The workplace is becoming ever more demanding and hectic, resulting in increasing time pressures and levels of stress for both managers and their PAs. Developing specific skills, such as in the management of a manager s diary can have a real impact on their productivity, and can help to ensure that individuals and teams remain stress-free and effective in their roles. This course is particularly suitable for secretaries, PAs and those in a support role, who wish to develop their role to increase the contribution they make to their managers, their team and the organisation. Participants will learn the essential tools and techniques that will make them successful and develop their confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of challenging situations. The course provides the practical support to maximise efficiency and productivity, and shows participants how to minimise stress for themselves and their manager, by managing their own and their manager's time effectively.
