Interviewing techniques are often used on a daily basis. However, without sufficient knowledge or support, there are a number of common mistakes and pit-falls. The consequences of a poor interview can be costly, whether it is a bad recruitment decision, an ineffective performance review, or an inaccurate/incomplete investigation. Interview Skills training from H2 will equip participants with essential skills to help ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved using best practice processes. It will give participants the opportunity to identify and practice the skills and techniques of effective interviewing, through a range of powerful role-play exercises and will enable them to develop personal action plans for continued development back in the workplace.
