Training Goals:

The proposed training aims to enhance over 40 competencies that cover four fundamental leadership and managerial orientation that results in exemplariness and extraordinariness in leadership and management.

This training uses multiple personality profiling tools and 360 degree assessment (Multi-ratter assessment) for diagnosing development needs and formulates a development strategy that aims at achieving on the job behavioural change and achieving better business results as a result of enhanced leadership and managerial competencies.

Approach:

This comprehensive leadership and managerial development plan Exemplary and Extraordinary Leadership includes three stages. First: diagnostic stage, Second: development stage, and Third: reinforcement stage.

Diagnostic Stage: Turning Point Management Consultants use multiple tools to diagnose competency gap. Understanding current level of leadership and managerial excellence exhibited the participants of this programme and determined the level of intervention required to achieve the desired level of leadership and managerial excellence Exemplariness and Extraordinariness

Development Stage: based on the competency gaps identified a time bound and action plan is developed, which could be from 3 months to one year, aims to achieve on the job observable behavioural change that directly corresponds to performance and profit for the organization. During this process various levels of support system are provided according to the requirements to achieve the desired results.

Reinforcement Stage: The final stage of the intervention id to scientifically measure progress and consolidate the learning that has been achieved. Reinforce the new learning and participants are oriented with the process involving continues self improvement.


Methodologies used:

Reflective Practice: Reflection is an active process in witnessing one s own experience in order to take a closer look at it, explore it in greater depth, this would result in learning how to take perspective on one s own actions and experience and take necessary corrective measure for achieving better results.
Action Learning: action learning is a process that a group of people engage together on a frequent basis to learn from experiences of one another.
Experiential learning: Experiential learning is a process of actively engage one s self in an exerience that will enable participants to make new and innovative ways of doing things that are effective and efficient and experiement with knowledge and practicess instead of hearing or reading about the experiencess of others.


Training aids:

Each participant will receive an action plan file, which will be used to record personal details for introspection and taking appropriate corrective measures.
