Home Study Module 1
The caduceus-Learn the true meaning of this well known symbol - how the mind energy affects the physical body - understand the chakra system and how it enervates the mind and body, and how our fear of emotional energy and our inability to deal with Life s challenges affect the flow of this Life Energy. Learn how to use the healing energy in your hands to increase energy flow and remove the impediments to its path plus Polarity Yoga exercises for self help.
Home Study Module 2
Learn how stress affects us Begin studying a naturalistic view point on life and how the natural elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth affect us both physically and emotionally, and how they influence our personality and communication. Good nutrition is essential to good health and wellbeing and cleansing practices and diet reform are an essential part of the return to wellness. - Polarity is a whole body system of reflexology and in this module you will learn how various parts of the body have a direct influence on any one problem area. One of these reflex points will be the very one to unlock the pattern of imbalance in the energy.
Home Study Module 3
Communication is the essence of all life Learn how the elemental feeling tones affect our communication, the finer points of good communication and how it is affected by the larger field of presence. This module also explores the importance of sound on the human body and energy field to add yet another tool to your therapeutic skills.
Home Study Module 4
Structure and form are both the effects of energy and in turn the vehicle for the free flow of energy. Learn how to influence and change the bony alignment of the body for the relief of pain from musculo-skeletal problems and as a tool to enhance the overall energy fields.
As you complete each module and return it for assessment, the next module is sent to you so that, day by day, you can begin to build this body of work at your own pace in your own home.
5 day Workshops
*New from summer 2007 the five day face to face modules will be available in the SYDNEY area in AUSTRALIA*
At any time during the beginning period of your study you can attend the first of two workshops. Workshop 1 covers the first half of the training and Workshop 2, which is best taken towards the end of your studies, covers the second part of the training. The emphasis in both workshops is on the hands on skills necessary for you to be really effective with the work. There is a residential fee for each workshop attended in Ireland.
Currently the workshops are held in Co. Waterford, Southern Ireland and Maryland USA. They may be held in other locations from time to time depending on trainee numbers.
