ITIL Lite includes a 15 question end-of-course test that measures and reinforces your understanding of the ITIL framework - Service Support and Service Delivery. These questions are a helpful practice for the ITIL Foundations Certification Exam. Although this course is not designed to fully prepare you for the Certification exam, it can be used as a great tool, along with self study, to get you there.
