Introduction An introduction to the course objectives and an overview for improving co-worker relations. The Two Rules of Communication This lesson discusses the two rules of communication and provides insights into how communications breakdowns result in problems between co-workers. Being Reasonable This lesson covers learning and applying the ?reasonable person? test to situations. What Messages Are You Sending? This lesson covers the topic of non-verbal communication and the messages you may not be aware of that you may be sending to your co-workers. Positive and Negative Behaviors This lesson covers topics on how to have positive behavior, evaluating your own behavior, civility, phoniness and other negative behaviors. Three Principles of Behavior This section covers three basic principles of behavior and discusses how individuals can change their frame of reference to improve their behavior and the behavior of others.
