In just an hour or two, this course will give you some fresh perspective on strengthening communication weaknesses in your library, along with some practical tools to tackle specific co-worker problems you may be worrying about today.
This course addresses these issues and more in a web-based course designed to take about 1.5 hours to complete. This course is for 2 CE credits.

This lesson covers the topic of non-verbal communication and the messages you may not be aware of that you may be sending to your co-workers.
Positive and Negative Behaviors
This lesson covers topics on how to have positive behavior, evaluating your own behavior, civility, phoniness and other negative behaviors.
Three Principles of Behavior
This section covers three basic principles of behavior and discusses how individuals can change their frame of reference to improve their behavior and the behavior of others.
