Complete Paralegal Training Program (Self-Paced)

Training Provided by Online Training Directory A complete and comprehensive paralegal training program, taken entirely online, designed as a 5 to 6 month fast-track course but can be taken at a accelerated pace. This is a industry standard Certificate of Completion program. This state-of-the-art paralegal home training course, through which the student may quickly and easily learn this complex, prestigious and fascinating discipline, was developed by a battle-tested paralegal and then edited and rendered into its final form by educators who innovated an "accelerated instruction mental technology" for multilevel learning and retention. It is a fast-track program and should take about 5 to 6 months to complete. The career outlook is excellent. Many opportunities exist for paralegals to specialize in various types of law, such as real estate, criminal, family, personal injury, business, etc., and job opportunities are steadily increasing. This course consists of 2 sections. Section I contains the "all about the law" information, and Section II focuses on law specialties, complete with samples of pleadings, formats, and citations. It`s streamlined and yet quite comprehensive - all you will need to learn to enter the field. It is designed to teach the functions and processes of institutions in the U.S. legal system, roles and issues in the field, and selected specialties of law, without teaching you things you don`t need. It discusses employment opportunities and provides dozens of websites for research purposes to enhance your educational skills on-line, in addition to opportunities to network for working possibilities and resources after you are working. The complete course also covers broader and more general issues directly relevant to the profession, an overview of American Law, court systems and litigation. It covers information on how to do interviews (interrogations), legal writing, research, the use of citations and preparation of the documents required. Since the Internet has become a major resource to the profession, hundreds of sites are provided for references and research projects both in the course and for future use in the profession. This comprehensive program reviews English grammar and provides all the typing rules, complete with the captions for different types of courts and actions. (OPTIONAL/NOT REQUIRRED) You can add a legal transcription dictation module for $299. This consists of 5 hours of legal dictation and the on-line keys to check your work. You will need a cassette transcriber for these dictations, which you can find in various places around the net, both new and reconditioned, for reasonable prices.
