He has conducted numerous classes in Crystal Reports, from versions eight through 11 and has done a wide variety of consultations in Crystal Reports and other database tools, including Microsoft Access and SQL. The actual length of the online video instruction is close to 12 hours (including the hands-on practice simulations).
