Linux System Administration
Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to administer Linux in managing hardware, accounts, printers and file systems. You will have a good understanding of the operating system and how it works. Successful completion of this course will provide students knowledge and understanding necessary to take the second of three required exams to become qualified for the Linux Professional Institute`s LPI Certification and or CompTIA`s Linux+ certification. Assessment This course has a pre and post assessment to gauge your comprehension of the subject matter for each of the six levels. At the beginning of each section the instructor outlines the Pre-Required skills and knowledge for that section. As the student completes each section there are quizes testing the knowledge and comprehension. The knowledge gained in one section is the prerequisit knowledge for the following section. The quizzes will help student underdtand their knowledge prior to taking the next section.
