Find and Produce Income Producing Properties--Instructor-Led A Trump IACET Accredited Course This course is about combining market analysis with systematic, goal-oriented thinking to outperform the market. Many beginning property managers, owners, and investors rely on intuition and seat-of-the-pants judgement to make their investment decisions. Some learn from their mistakes and eventually succeed, but they don?t make nearly as much money as they could. The experience that you will gain in this course will give you an edge on the average investor.
The course is structured around a ?Learning by Doing? approach in which you will work through real-world problems set within a fictional scenario.
You will assume the role of a first-time real estate investor working with your Uncle Max, a successful real estate investor who will finance your first investment.
The course takes place in the fictional city of Empire City.
You have access to many of the same resources in Empire City that you would use in your own city: real estate web sites, property listings, government websites, neighborhood descriptions and message boards, newspaper articles, and more. Empire City is not intended to reflect any city in particular; amounts such as home prices, rents, and repair costs vary according to region. The principles that you learn here, however, apply to any location. With the help of Uncle Max, you will research Empire City, exploring neighborhoods and market trends, before investigating several properties that are currently on the market. The work you do in these assignments will help prepare you to make more informed decisions when you invest in real estate. Your work for each assignment will be reviewed by a Trump University Certified Instructor.
You will receive feedback within two business days of each submission. Enroll in this online course if you: Want to buy a rental property that will be profitable Want to improve returns from properties you own Want properties that match your income goals
