Assessment
Assessment is based upon satisfactory completion of three assignments with a total estimated completion time of 20 hours. Upon successful completion of these assignments, the student will gain a deep knowledge base covering the most important aspects of negotiating real estate deals and receive a certificate of completion signed by Gary Eldred.

Propose Terms that Meet Both Parties'' Interests: You''ll determine the objectives of two parties in an investment property negotiation where seller financing is an option. 2.2. Critique a Seller Financing Negotiation: You''ll assess a buyer''s approach to a seller financing negotiation and suggest ways he could better persuade the seller to agree to a seller financing arrangement.Assignment 3: Prepare for an Option Negotiation You''ll determine the objectives of two parties in an option-to-purchase negotiation, brainstorm the different courses of action open to them, and suggest strategies that they''ll likely employ.
