Training
Provided by Target Learning
Many managers remain stuck in their "comfort zone" - a thinking style that prevents them from trying new methods. For example, if an employee approaches a linear-oriented manager with a request - and the manager is currently working on another project - his or her "comfort zone" would be to tell the employee, "
Come back later, I have to finish this project." (a linear thinker prefers to stay focused on one task at a time). A global-oriented manager (in the same situation) would likely respond to the employee's request, but may procrastinate returning to the initial project (global thinkers like starting new projects, but dislike finishing old projects).
Participants of this seminar will learn how to:
* Identify the strengths and weaknesses of their employees
* Delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of time & money
* Communicate instructions to ensure company goals are met
* Handle unmotivated, under-performing & difficult employees
What Makes This Seminar Different
We will show your employees how to break free from their "comfort zone". Linear thinkers will learn how to effectively multi-task while incorporating the "big picture" in their thinking process. Global thinkers will learn how to use structure and templates to keep them focused and on task. As a result, your managers will experience less stress, and be able to communicate more effectively with the various personalities within their teams.
