DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) is the most empowering tool for companies that would like to develop a new product or service that is defect free. DFSS could also be used as a result of a Six Sigma project in that the project is ended because Six Sigma improvement process is not suitable to overcome fundamental design issues. DFSS combines many of the tools that are used in Lean and Six Sigma and integrates other tools such as VOC (voice of the customer), FMEA, Reliability and Survival Analysis, Tolerancing, and simulation methods.

Understand the role, relevance, and potential of Design for Six Sigma in product / process developement
Be familiar with the DMADV methodology (define, measure, analyze, design, validate)
Understanding and determining customer requirements
Grasp basics of accurate testing, data collection techniques and how to create information from simple tools
Familiarize participants with the foundations of graphical analysis and basic Design for Six Sigma DFSS analytics.
You will be able to run green belt projects and participate in black black projects
Understand customer requirements, VOC (voice of the customer), FMEA, Reliability and Survival Analysis, Tolerancing, and simulation methods.
