At FGI we schedule each module approximately one month apart, and approximately one month prior to the ISEB public examination dates to provide our delegates with a structured approach to attaining the Managers Certificate. This format allows delegates to absorb ITIL course material and apply their in practice before taking their written exam. We also schedule ITIL revision workshops to fully prepare delegates for the examination days.
