This course is aimed at all employees and is designed to improve the safety culture within an organisation. It focuses on how individual actions contribute to health and safety in the workplace and provides an understanding of an individual s responsibilities. The course can be delivered as part of an induction programme or as part of ongoing training.

Accidents and their causes
Legal rights and duties of

electricity, chemicals and work
equipment
Investigating Accidents: Measuring
and Reviewing Performance
Assessment - The assessments
comprise one paper which is made up of
multiple choice and short-answer
questions
