Use Case Modeling
The goal of the software development is to develop quality software - on time and on budget - that meets customer's real needs. This goal can be reached only through effective requirements management. Requirements errors are the most common type of systems development error and the most costly to fix. A few key skills can significantly reduce requirements errors and thus improve software quality. One of the effective methods used to capture end user's requirements is through Use Cases.
Requirements Management is a process that touches every team member, both in the core team and in the extended team of the customer and stakeholders.
