This course examines the concepts of quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement that are common among Six Sigma, the Total Quality Management movement, and continuous improvement. Finally, the course provides an understanding of the development and use of continuous improvement tools, including the contributions of Shewhart, Deming, Juran, Ishikawa, and Taguchi.
