Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations
Maintenance of electrical and mechanical installation is very important in any building or complex. Mechanical and electrical installations are closely related. Combination of the two knowledge will be beneficial to the maintenance staff to carry out their duties efficiently.
Course Objectives:
- to carry out proer maintenance system for mechanical and electrical system.
- to supervise contractors workers in carrying out their work.
- cost estimation for M&E maintenance work.
Course Contents:
- Power supply system.
- MSB, Switchgear, Circuit Breaker, Wiring System.
- Maintenance of electrical installation.
- Mechanical Services (Air-cond system, Fire fighting system, Pump, Lift).
- Maintenance of mechanical installation.
