Main Switchboard
Main switchboard is the center of control and protection for any electrical installation. Understanding the functions of every component in a switchboard will be helpful in operation and maintenance work.
Course Objectives:
- to identify all components of a switchboard and their functions.
- to explain the system in a switchboard.
- to perform maintenance on relay and switchgears.
- to assist in conducting Injection and Pressure tests.
- to practice safety regulations while handling switchboards.
Course Contents:
- Specification of Low Voltage switchboard.
- Switch devices, Circuit breaker, Switchgear, Metering.
- Various types of protective relays.
- Secondary wiring.
- Maintenance of Switchboard.
- Primary and Secondary Injection Test.
