An 8-week course that consists of a combination of weekly teleclasses and an interactive online platform. The teleclass portion features a live lecture with ample opportunities to practice and apply coaching skills. The course manual is both offered as an e-Book as well as integrated into the online platform which also provides a topical discussion forum for class participants to interact with one another to further explore each week s learning objectives.

Students will receive an overview of the coaching process and focus on specific tools to use in effectively creating a coach/client relationship. Skills such as active listening, effective questioning, incorporating Neuro-Linguistic programming, the IAC 9 Masteries and other coaching modalities and the use of assessment tools such as MAPP are covered. Students receive a diploma after successful course completion. This course prepares a student for IAC certification and is a prerequisite for inexperienced coaches considering a volunteer position with New Life Coach Inc. Course is capped at 10 participants. Offered every 2 months. $750
