Here is what Paco Language School has to offer companies wanting to develop their employees' English communication skills:
We will start by conducting an intensive needs analysis (using tests and interviews) for your company that will be used to discover exactly which English language communicative barriers exist.
Based on the information garnered from the above and in consultation with the owner/manager, we will develop a course structure and schedule that will best work within your company.
After final approval from the owner/manager of our proposed course as well as the description of expected outcomes, we will in consultation with the owner/manager set a date and time for the start of the course.
Our fully qualified teachers will then train your staff with regard to the missing English language skills. The duration and type of training will depend on the outcome of the needs analysis and consultation with the owner/manager. Training can take place at your premises or ours.
On-going assessment and a final exam can form part of the training and will be provided as dicusssed with the owner/manager.
Upon successful completion of the training, employees will be issued with certificates stating the course title, the name of the employee, and the grade obtained by the employee. Testimonials can also be issued on request.
