What is Coaching? section
The first section of the Corporate Coaching course provides you with general information on coaching (definitions, types etc.), explains the differences between coaching and other professional services, and examines the specifics of relationships within coaching.
Coaching Principles section
In this section you will learn about the potential people have, how to build awareness and responsibility, and how to work in collaboration with others.
Coaching Skills section
The third section of the course will define what rapport is, examine the different types of listening within coaching, explain the use of intuition when coaching, outline the types of questions asked during coaching, and focus on when and how to give feedback within the coaching process.
Performance Coaching Process section
The fourth section gives you information on what the GROW model is, how to use different performance management tools, how to motivate and empower employees, and how to stimulate professional development.
Business Cases and Tests
Each section is provided with a business case where you ll practice coaching with virtual characters, and with test questions that will help you ground your theoretical knowledge.
