Warren has served on the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association, and in 1998 was awarded their highest designation, the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame. He is president of North Carolina-based "Speaking of Success" and has produced several audio and video learning programs on sales, motivation, and customer service.
