3. Learn to prepare organise, plan and control projects including preparing a project plan, Project Initiation Document , and managing product development, quality control and change control
4. Take the Foundation and Practitioner examinations (which are included in the course)
5. Receive the internationally recognised certificate which will increase your employability

Course Summary
The course is designed to provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method to a level where you can use it to manage a project and pass the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations. It will introduce you to the principles of the PRINCE2 project management method , including the components, processes, controls and roles, and also how it can be employed to achieve business- related objectives in different environments

The Course fee includes pre-course reading pack, PRINCE2 manual, registration, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations (Total value over 250)
Pre-reading and Evening Study
Please note that this is an intensive course. Most Focus accredited training providers will supply a pre-course reading pack which will include the PRINCE2 manual and you will be expected to carry out 15- 20 hours pre-course reading prior to starting the course. There will also be revision and exam practice work each evening of the course.
Who Should Attend ?
This event is suitable for anyone working on projects in a customer/supplier environment who wishes to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Previous experience of PRINCE2 is not necessary.
Accreditation
The course is fully accredited by the APM Group Ltd and OGC and delivered by an accredited PRINCE2 training organisation.
