Leadership and Team Building Program starts with Video Clip about problem situation. Followed by individual and team exersize to get participants aware about difference between individual working and team working on results. Learship basics, type of leadership is the next section that explains participants about basics of leadership, followed by an excersize through which participants finds out his own prominent style and plan for improvement in other styles. Vision, mission, culture and values are important factors in leadership. Role plays are carried for team building. Session followed by basics of team building, role that leader play in all stages of team from forming to adjourning. Participants raises their concern about problems and difficulties they face and how those situations can be handled. Program is fun learning with lot of activities, role plays and live interaction with participation.
