Facilitated Strategic Planning Sessions
This is an example of a 1-day session. It is a 'roll-up-your sleeves' session with the end goal to walk away from the session with a clear roadmap for the year ahead. If done as a 2-day session analysis is more in-depth, with several key discussions on how to leverage the strengths of the business in order to maximize business success.
Participants will prepare Prework that helps them to assess the current state of the business within the context of the environment it operates in - taking into consideration their customer, competitors, regulators, and other relevant factors such as internal capabilities and technology changes.
