Dealing Effectively with Change
This course is useful in learning to deal with the one constant in life: change
Change is all around us. Whether due to the threat of recession, shifting organizational priorities (our own or our client s), adjustments required in the way we work due to revolutionary technologies, moving deadlines, shifting project scope, meeting goals, managing changing expectations of people around us, or any other number of triggers, many of us would benefit from learning how to deal more successfully with change.
This half-day workshop focuses on how we as individuals personally manage change at work and at home. This session will help us to identify our personal change style, understand the different types of change we constantly face, identify ways to mitigate the negative effects of change, and provide practical tactics, tips, and tools to avoid the pitfalls that can often accompany change so we can raise our performance levels and reduce our stress.
We can learn to deal with change successfully and increase our effectiveness personally and professionally.
