Day 1 introduced you to maintenance management so you understand what you are doing in the maintenance planning role you fill. You learn the important business purposes and operational value in what a planner does.
Day 2 is all about the maintenance planning systems that you need to have and how to set them up so you can do your planning effectively and efficiently and produce the most worth from your efforts.
Day 3 completes the introduction to planning systems and ends with how scheduling is performed and the systems you need to do it well.
Throughout the course there are practical activities and discussion that help you to understand concepts, and let you ask questions, and get answers, about your specific situation.
