Introduction:
7 QC tools are the systematic tools used to understand and really know what your quality problems really are. These tools help problem solver solved the complicated as well as simple problems. These tools are scientific management tools, which are basic and easy to understand. They form the fundamental foundation for all problem solving and quality control activities.
Objectives:
By the end of this course, the participants will able to:
Understand the basic concept of productivity and quality improvement approach.
Understand the needs of improvements
Identify the group dynamics in problems solving methodology
