Course Objective:
1. Define their lives with clarity in order to take control of life and its challenges.
2. Identify stressors and their sources, be it self- imposed or environmentally imposed.
3. Create a personal profile through assessments of temperament, steadfastness, stress identity, stress susceptibility, stress behavior, burnout and depression.
4. Manage stressors by applying Anti S.O.B. principles.
5. Use simple work place relaxation technique to cope with stress.
6. Learn how to physically cope with stress through exercise and diet regimes.
