Training Provided by Pierson Requirements Group The purpose of the 1 day Object-Oriented Methodology Orientation is an overview of concepts, terminology and basic models. It is not intended to train people how to build models. This oneday orientation will give the manager and business team member a basic knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) process. The objectives of the seminar are to provide: - An understanding about the Object-Oriented Development process to be able to manage IT projects where Object-Oriented methodology is being used. - A basic understanding of the models and terminology used to communicate with the OO designers and programmers - An overview of JAD/RAD vs. TraditionalWaterfall approach and the benefits of the new approach Those who will find this of value are: Directors, CIOs, IT Managers, Business Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Facilitators, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Information Architects, Designers & Team Leads
