The NLP Sports Practitioner course is designed for a more in depth view and application of NLP and all its techniques for the sports person, those interested in, or coaching sport.

Our venue is at the dedicated clinic in Stalybridge, Cheshire where we run all our sport related trainings in a clinical sport surrounding.
We keep the numbers to a maximum of 5 to ensure each student receives complete attention to their own needs from the content of the course.

The NLP Sports Practitioner course is designed for a more in depth view and application of NLP and all its techniques for the sports person, those interested in, or coaching sport.
All our sports related courses are held at our clinic in Stalybridge, cheshire where there is a dedicated team dealing with sports related issues. We have mental coaching, a dedicated training room, leading rehabilitative physiotherapist, gait analysis, orthotic and podiatrist services all contained with the one clinic. We hold our courses in a clinic environment and also have members of the clinic available for sport related queries in relation to physical/ mechanic problems or advice.

During the course we also teach the techniques needed to change confidence, belief, behaviors, repetitive problems and apparent barriers we think we have.
Communication and learning how to read someone is also essential when coaching or competing against others. This course gives you the tools to hear what someone is really saying and learn the responses which give you the true meaning behind the words and body language.
Understanding someone s language of behavior is also a huge insight not only into ourselves but of others and can be a major advantage in any competitive situation.
Your course tutor, Emma James, is a Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. She is also a twice World Champion, 13 time European and 16 times British Champion in power lifting and works with a number of professional athletes from widely varying sports like Golf, equestrian, strength and track disciplines.
She believes in practicing what she preaches and has gained World Records and optimum performance using the techniques taught on this course.
