Phase I: Paving the Way aligns your 'inner game' with your actions. We examine your belief system, create your vision, and shift any beliefs that will limit your ability to achieve your goals and aspirations.
Phase 2: Discovering Your Genius Inside uncovers your natural talents and provides
strategies for using them to achieve your goals. Using unique and powerful assessments, reflective exercises, and formal feedback instruments, we reveal "You at Your Best." You'll create a personal brand that articulates your unique value and distinguishes you in the marketplace.
Phase 3: Perfecting Your Genius Inside identifies potential obstacles to your success
and helps you to overcome them. A series of self-assessments pinpoint development opportunities. We design strategies that leverage your strengths and minimize the display of liabilities.
Materials
Each participant receives a workbook containing all of the exercises and activities used in coaching sessions and homwork.
There is also a section for journaling. The back cover pocket contains a "job-aid" where you summarize the output of key insights gained from the program. This becomes the path to your natural powers - your personal formula for satisfaction and success at work and in life.
