Appreciative Team Building is a 1-day workshop that helps teams define their best team experiences and use that as a model for team development. Through dialogue and a series of exercises, teams envision their potential and develop actionable plans to bring that potential into reality.

Appreciative Team Building Appreciative Team Building is a one or two-day workshop, depending on the size of the group. Effective for any group size, this workshop can be delivered to 8 people or 200 (multiple facilitators).

The AI process begins by asking questions relevant to success in an area the organization is seeking growth or solutions. Participants are paired in several conversations. The output is discussed in small groups, who then form ideas for solutions. Left and right brain activities engage the full audience leading to powerful ideas, high aspirations, and fun The 'Grand Finale' are small group presentations of ideas and solutions that may incorporate skits, songs, or other means of group expression.

Appreciative Inquiry s underlying premise is that engaging people in dialogue, focused on their experiences of success, unleashes creativity and energy for implementing the necessary changes. AI has led to measurable results such as;
