Reiki 1 Class

Training Provided by Academy for Reiki Training and Healing A Reiki 1 class enables you to heal by touch. You can heal yourself and others too, and there is no limit as to what you can heal. Classes are usually conducted on weekends and may be conducted as one-on-one session on weekdays on special request, at no extra cost. It also includes an attunement which will enable you to heal yourself and others.

Reiki 1 Class We take a maximum of 5 students per class to ensure ample attention to each. The class is conducted in an informal way and you are free to interrupt and clarify all your doubts and questions as they crop up. Lunch and notes are provided by us.

The reiki class begins with introduction and theory of reiki. After theory you will be attuned to reiki, which is a step that involves the opening of your chakras. You will be able to heal others after this step. Reiki 1 enables you to heal yourself and others as long as they are within touching distance. Reiki 1 is the first step in reiki learning and can be quite enough if you intend to heal only yourself, or you can choose to learn higher levels as you raise your vibration with regular practice.

After attunement is the practical session. First, you will be taught to heal others in a hands-on session under our guidance. Following this will be a session where you will heal yourself, again under our guidance.

Our classes are personalized and informal and you are allowed to ask us questions related to reiki in general and also those related to particular problems in your life or others lives.
