Training Provided by Last Minute Training The course is intended to bridge the gap between the ITIL v2 Managera s Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL v3 Diploma in IT Service Management. 5th day is set aside for the exam. It is recommended that students who take this course should have the Excel 2003 intermediate prerequisite or have equivalent knowledge. The course is designed for individuals who already hold the Managera s Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL version and who wish to obtain the ITIL Diploma in IT Service Management, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of ITIL V3. Successful completion will enable delegates to attain the ITIL Diploma in IT Service Management, and to progress to the Advanced ITIL Diploma in IT Service Management (when available).
Related Awards, Degrees or Certifications: The course is designed for individuals who already hold the Managera s Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL
