Workshop Overview:

Talent Management is a critical skill required in managers particularly at senior levels. This workshop is meant for Senior Managers or independent consultants/ coaches who have a role in positively impacting the bottom line by acquiring, developing and retaining right talent at all levels.
Duration
This non-residential course lasts 10 working days 13th- 24th October 2008 in Mumbai. It is offered in a unique modular certification format. Besides peer coaching, external candidates will be made available for practice sessions in Module-4. Suitable accommodation can be made available on request.
