There is no question that project quality is essential in ensuring project success; a quality management plan identifies quality requirements and provides all project stakeholders with documented guidelines for delivering a quality product or service. This course will assist in preparing the learner for the PMBOK certification exam and provide a foundational knowledge base reflecting the most up-to-date project management information so learners can effectively put principles to work at their own organizations.
