The Coaching Leaders Certificate Program
For today's HR/ OD professionals, coaching leaders represents the greatest coaching challenge of all. No other form of coaching requires greater skill. And no other form of coaching involves higher stakes. The Coaching Leaders Certificate Program involves three major components:
1. Targeted pre-work:
Take part in an introductory interview to identify your developmental coaching needs and complete one of the program s assessment tools
2. Core-session:
An intensive three-day session that features skill practice with numerous "coaching leaders" tools, participation in a simulation, and a curriculum that addresses:
- Using the Coaching Leaders Model
- Utilizing different methods for information gathering
- Determining the best coaching style to use
- Identifying strategic goals and matching behaviors to achieve them
- Blueprinting Personal Agendas for Change
- Working through common dilemmas and derailers
- Monitoring and sustaining change
Post-work
- Receive two-and-a-half hours of follow-up coaching with your Master Coach
- Participate in three live distance learning sessions on specific, timely coaching topics
- Produce a written case study based on ten hours of coaching a client
