Format: Accreditation The course leads to a Level 3 award in Human Resources from Open College Network (OCN) which is licensed by National Open College Network (NOCN), a leading UK awarding body recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Study Units are also mapped to National Occupational Standards (ENTO) for personnel management and administration. Course Structure The course consists of nine study units from which students may elect to study ANY FIVE. This provides a very flexible form of study giving an opportunity for students to choose units which are most appropriate to their job, career or personal development needs Study Method The course is designed for study by distance learning at work or at home. Students receive course manual, assignments and studyguide plus tutor support by mail and email. You can start at any time and plan your studies over a period of up to one year from the time of registration. Assessment Each element of the course is followed by a written assignment, which is submitted to and marked by your tutor. Upon successful completion of the assignments you will be eligible for certification from OCN. Please note that studentsa assessments are moderated three times per year by OCN. Submission dates and deadlines for moderation are fully detailed in the student study pack.
