*Soil And Groundwater Remediation Technologies

Last Minute Training
Training Provided by Last Minute Training The environmental condition of property is an important issue in real estate transactions and development. In view of the environmental liabilities for contaminated soil and groundwater, regulatory non compliance, and buried wastes it is necessary to have the knowledge of practical and proven remediation technologies most often used at contaminated sites. In this two day intensive course, for each technology, the following attributes will be presented: physical-chemical principles, unit processes, applicability to waste types, cost, time to complete, advantages/ disadvantages, removal/ destruction efficiencies, and current experience data in the USA/ Canada. The course focuses on cost effective technologies with in-depth coverage of bioremediation and site-specific risk assessment (Risk based corrective action, RBCA). Case studies based on real projects are included to reinforce the comprehension of concepts and methodologies.
This is primarily ilt training
